Our Premium Service
Since no two homes are the same size, our residential cleaning rates are based on many factors that are unique to each residence. The size of your home, frequency of cleaning, pets are just a few of those factors that determine the cost. We will conduct an in-home consultation or after our initial cleaning, we will have a better idea of the work effort going forward and provide some optional maintenance rates to select.
Our initial cleaning is a deep clean to get your home where we can easily and efficiently maintain our standard of cleanliness. Typically, we send out a trained cleaning team, led by our technical cleaning supervisor to scour the nooks and crannies that is immediately noticeable and can be easily maintained with regular cleaning visits. We always suggest to put things away prior, so the team can focus on scrubbing and cleaning within the allotted time.
Whether you have a bi-weekly or monthly service, we make the effort to send the same cleaning team to your home each time.

-Dr. Bronner's Spearmint Castile Soap (counters)
-Murphy's oil (floors)
-Seventh Generation Natural Products
-Color coded micro fiber cloths & Swiffers (dusting)
-Therapeutic oil scented Spray Lavender/spearmint
-Build up areas - Soft scrub or (Bar Keepers Friend or Bon Ami scrub).
-Vacuums with HEPA filtration bags and equipped with external filters.
